What method of printing is used? 

Our method of printing is direct-to-garment.  We never use vinyl or other iron-on materials. 

Where can I find size charts?

Size charts for each garment can be found in the item photos.  To find the best fit, we recommend measuring a favorite top that you wear often and comparing it to the size chart.  Measurements are taken straight across and straight up and down, as if the garment is lying flat. 

When will my order ship? 

We try to ship all orders within 5 business days.  However, there are times when circumstances beyond our control (i.e. holidays, inclement weather, pandemics, etc.) may prolong production time.  We do not guarantee delivery and "ship by" dates for this reason. Please consider ordering well in advance of holidays to ensure your order arrives timely. 

What if my order is lost in the mail? 

In 2022, especially during peak times (such as holidays) we are seeing scanning, tracking and transit delays across all carriers. Please bear in mind that we are unable to control the length a package is in transit as it is in the hands of the carrier. However, we do offer full refunds or replacements for items that have not been delivered after being in transit for 12 business days for United States orders and 30 business days for international orders. 

What if my package is lost or stolen? 

If an item is marked as "delivered" with the carrier in tracking, we consider that proof of delivery.  You will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. 

What if there is an issue with my order? 

If your order is damaged, defective and/or you receive the incorrect item, you are asked to send photos of what you have received.  This is so that we may better understand the issue, address with our quality control team and determine how we can best make it right for you. Please email your photos with your order number to: support@bluejuneoutfitters.com. 

How do I cancel my order? 

There is no guarantee that orders can be canceled after they have been placed.  This is due to the automatic nature of our print-on-demand system.  We quickly pull your order details and put in queue for our production team. Once it is in production status, the order can no longer be pulled. 

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on most of our products due to the fact that these products are printed-on-demand specifically for your order. Having said that, please reach out to us if there is a problem with your order and we will do our best to help you.  You can find more about our return policy here.
